Are you eating good?

Living alone is a good camp where to learn...to live :-)
One of the things that i've learn is: how understand if you are eating good.
How?
Simple.
If you to toilette every time after lunch or dinner ( but also once in a day is ok ) doing not only the liquid thing but aslo the hard thing, that meant that you are eating good things for your body.
Hem, sorry if i talk about toilette things...
But that's life!

Good good good news! I've learned how to cook the rice in asian style! Sooo happy :-)

What is what we have?

It's some time that i don't write...
I'm mumbling mumbling mumblig...( Mumble=think like the river flow )
Some things changed a little bit in my life, not that much because of my decision, but in the way to let the life go on. Btw, i'm happy. I'm...ok.
This "age" will teach me to survive, to live and do and organize every day by my rithm. I think, it's the age to grow like a man ( but not too much, i like my child side ).
