I bought this compact camera to carry all day in my poket, and don't loose any pic!
I love my nikon d40 and i love nikon colours, but for compact i found canon have more nice colors. Ok, you can have more good cameras brand, but this was an offer, was very cheap!

i bought a compact many years before my Nikon D40. i'm still using the very old Sony Cybershot P72, bought around 2003. it's still working well. i love the makro function and clear movie by sony!

@ haan: i found your blog from Flyng Fish and i love the pics you do and the storyes you write. I like especially the pics!
My main work is fix the car air-cond and electrical parts, but when i've holidays i travel, asia is my favourite, Malaysia is my second home. And one day i would it like the first. Maybe that day will came soon...but this is a long story.
I also have a d40 bought in Amcorp mall from John's shop, and i also like the movie function and macro of the compact cameras :-)
